Case Study Image

Our Role

Our team was tasked with developing multiple back office systems to help VB better manage events they were holding. Additionally, we created ticketing systems to help VB sell more tickets, and we provided a complete brand redesign and a new website.

Introduction

Virus Bulletin (VB) is a renowned computer security company that publishes the latest security research and information in a bid to share knowledge with the security community. As a leading player in software testing, VB needed to focus on its core business and outsource the development of several back office systems, ticketing systems, a complete brand redesign, and a new website. We had the opportunity to work closely with VB on multiple projects dating back 3 years with Péter Karsai, Head of Testing.

Project Requirements

The project requirements were to create a suite of back office systems and ticketing systems that would integrate seamlessly with VB’s existing systems. The new systems needed to be user-friendly, scalable, and easy to maintain. Additionally, the brand redesign and new website needed to be modern, sleek, and representative of VB’s position as a leading player in the industry.

Development Process

Our development process was iterative, with regular communication and feedback loops between our team and VB. We worked closely with VB to ensure that our designs and development met their requirements and exceeded their expectations. Our team used agile development methodologies to ensure that the project remained on track and that any issues were addressed in a timely manner.
