If you have experience in the IT recruitment field, you can unleash your creativity and ideas. We give you total control over the recruitment processes, how you source talent, and the refinement of our ongoing processes, if you wish.

🚀 Your Responsibilities will be:
- Management of E2E recruitment processes
- Editing and posting job opportunities
- Sourcing and contacting candidates online, screening them on calls and interviewing
- Networking with with potential hires and brand-building
- Creating and utilizing new talent pipelines
- Operation & development of other HR processes
🤩 Your Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of experience with recruitment and screening
- Knowledge of job portals and social media surfaces – possibly having a splendid LinkedIn network?
- You are interested in the Hungarian IT recruitment space, and you are not afraid of challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have a success-oriented and dynamic personality
- You provide quality work and results
